We offer Customized Bags for all types of occasions. Our main source of communication is through email or messaging us on Instagram. We will work with you to make sure the bag is perfect for your special occasion. This page will tell you how it works.

Payment
Once you decide on what product you want to purchase, you can add it to your cart. You can then follow the steps to pay for your product. (Remember to fill out where you want to have your consultation.)

Consultation
Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then reach out to you on your preferred method of communication and set up a date for your consultation. The consultation may take up to 1 hour to days depending on your design.

Done!
Once we have agreed on your design, we will start on your order. The process of making your order will take 2-5 weeks depending on the current workload. You can contact us at any time to get progress reports!

Recieve Email
Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a form. This form is where you tell us what you want your bag to look like.

Fill Out the Form
On this form, you will need to pick colours, patterns, stitches, and more. You also need to colour in a graft of the design you want to show us what you want your bag to look like. (If you can, include lots of references)
